Halloween 2020 is NOT cancelled: 4 Spooky ways to celebrate Halloween at home.

You heard us. Halloween 2020 is NOT cancelled. This year we are not tricking you but instead we are treating you with a COVID safe list of Halloween activities to fill your night with spooky fun. Halloween is one of the best holidays and nothing will get in the way of it. So get out that cocktail shaker, put on a scary film, make yourself a spooky meal and fill your tummies with lots of sweets. Here are a few of our favourite ideas.

Scavenger hunt for sweets

Start the night with a Halloween themed scavenger hunt! Since trick-or-treating is probably not very COVID safe, recreate the fun by hiding treats around the house or following clues to find them!

Get creative and make some frightful Halloween themed party foods!

Pinterest is our team's go to for easy recipes that will take your festivities to the next level with easy step by step guides. Type in "Halloween recipes" and the list is never ending. Thank us later.

Here are a few gruesome ones we love: Witch Finger Pretzel Rods, Crazy Apple Bites and Creepy Halloween Eyeballs

Stir things up with a spooky cocktail

All tricks aside, a horrifyingly delicious cocktail is the perfect way to mix things up. We found some cute and clever cocktail recipes that are guaranteed to raise some spirits around the house! Check out the Purple People Eater or Sweet Poison.

Scary movie time!

This is the best way to spend a halloween night in. At the end of the day, it isn't really spooky season until you turn on a time-tested, classic Halloween movie. Settle in, grab some popcorn and have a horror movie marathon! Disclaimer: you may want to sleep with the lights on after watching these.
